American transit users feel positive about AVs, says TransLoc


Automotive insiders have long been enthusiastic about autonomous vehicles, but new research suggests the US public is too. By Jacob Moreton

Many in the automotive industry are convinced of the potential for autonomous vehicles (AVs) to deliver improved safety and efficiency for riders. To that end, US$30bn has been invested in AV sensors and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technology since 2010, according to McKinsey’s 2020 Future of Mobility report.
